Musing, not amusing!

I have recently been musing on my life. So far, retirement has not fit my personality. Don't get me wrong, I like SOME of the things of retirement, but I've found I just can't afford it and live the lifestyle I'd like. I know, I know, champagne tastes on a beer budget. So, I've been musing about what I might like to do or where I'd like to go. So far, south of Portland, ME interests me. But then I decided, why not take a plunge, what's here for me in G'ville or Maine for that matter? Why not just go the whole hog and move to Las Vegas? I mean I loved it there while I was there; I know it was a vacation, but I could get used to it. And, if that didn't work out, I think I'd like Montana (oh God, what did I just say?) I'm really trying to get out of the cold, just a change of scenery, or maybe even just a part time job to supplement my wonderful retirement income. Maybe there's a "dude" ranch I could go to and convince them I'm not really a dude<--how could anyone miss that one? Anyway, it's just my restless soul trying to become a nomad and trying to convince the rest of my mind to do so! Who knows? I'm definitely wasting any talent I might have here and I'm not getting any younger!
