I'm in the cookin' mood today. The reason? It's RAINING! I know, I know, you think a Northerner cannot make good fried chicken, but I have found THE recipe of all recipes! Believe it or not, I'm good at this. The secret to this sumptious meal is in the brine that the chicken soaks in, and oh yeah, also in the coating I make; it has a fantastic taste. I'm not saying anything more, but you need to taste this to believe it. I also have a great recipe for asparagus. I figure I'll follow up with a nice creme brulee and I'll be all set for the day. Just wanted you all to know I can make more than lobster dinners.
