My Stupidity!

I just don't admit that to everyone you know. And I really wouldn't now except stupid things are piling up on me I'm beginning to be weighed down by the load and feel the need to unload a few things. So here goes. Today was the last straw. I took my dogs out for their walk and when I opened the car door to get out, I hadn't unbuckled the seat belt; I had one of those "Wow! I could've had a V-8 moment!" Actually, it was more like "you nimnut, get your shit together; good thing no one was around!" After that moment passed, I got to thinking about all the other stupid things people do, particularly me (even though I mean to or not). When I came home, I did some work around the house and realized that I was doing things my mother would do and of course I had that horrendous moment of "I've become my mother!" I shudder at the thought even now as I write this; my hands are shaking. At the moment, I'm rewatching "Moulin Rouge" Warning! Do NOT watch it if you aren't not willing to watch an unconventional movie and if you don't think you should change your life to become more of a Bohemian lifestyle. (I am in menopause you know!) I consider menopause a very stupid thing too! I like Momma Mia better than Moulin Rouge, but MR comes in a close second! Anyway, thank you for your kind attention to my stupidity!

  1. Watch Mamma Mia. I think it's better to dance and sing ABBA songs to get you through menopause. Don't you? Or maybe it was living on a Greek isle....Or was it Pierce Brosnan? Who cares if he can sing?
